Constant blue screen on my computer

I recently bought my computer (Katana 15 B13VGK) and the blue screen has started appearing frequently on my screen. This is the fifth time this has happened to me in two weeks. The stop code that appears on the blue screen is WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
Can you help me with this?
Could it be a hardware problem?
I would appreciate your help as I need the computer for university.

Did this problem occur right after you bought it, or did it start after you changed some settings?
If the problem was there from the beginning, I suggest you contact your dealer for a replacement instead of spending too much time on repairs.

If you still want to try fixing it yourself, you can update to the latest BIOS and ensure all drivers are from the MSI website. If the problem persists, you might need to provide the steps to reproduce the issue and export a minidump for analysis to find the possible cause.

I went to the place where I bought the laptop and I think it was a lack of updating in Windows Update > Advanced Options that caused me to have to update some content in the “Optional updates”.
Thanks for your help and I hope I've helped anyone who has the same problem as me.
