so ive listed my pc, here comes to problems

so i put this budget beast together and hoped and prayed and it booted nicely. but i was running 32 bit windows 7 and i wanted full benifits of my i series CPU so i formatted my drive and installed windows 7 x64 ultimate. went on a treat but i kept getting constant errors. and BSOD, so i assumed my copy of windows was faulty, and took it back to my local retailer and asked for a new copy. took it home and the problem persists.

all the drivers ive downloaded and installed are x64.

also during installation of windows i kept gettin errors saying it failed to un compress files and failed to read the disc. so i tryed booting from usb stick to avoid disk read failures, so i tryed that and i got the same errors. so i then downloaded windows 7 and tryed that via usb and disc and still got the errors. so i swapped my sata cables. then my pc wouldnt turn on. so i cleared the cmos and it started up, i did the setup and loaded optamized defaults. but when i boot it loads my msi image then it displays a black DOS like screen with a underline in the top left corner flashing for around 6-8 seconds. this didnt happen before i cleared cmos.

now i finaly have windows 7 on here i am still gettin errors and alot of my drivers that i am downloading keep givin corrupt data errors.

BSOD. im gettin these every 30 mins maybe a little more, they are according to my event log event id 42 ( kernel error) and physical memoray dump.

im starting to really stress, i have read that the low voltage ram could be the exscuss for the BSOD's and i should up the voltage to 1.55.

and possibly my hard drive is passed its day?

please if any one knows any soloutions to these problems i will be truly greatfull
