Constant crashing with RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB VANGUARD SOC and MPG X870E CARBON WIFI

I have put together a new computer last month. It worked OK for a week, mostly just browsing, then random shutdowns started, and display losing signal, and again shutdowns.
Computer's specs:
Mobo: MSi MPG X870E CARBON WIFI
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9700x
Heatsink: Noctua NH-D15 G2 LBC
RAM: G.Skill Flare X5 DDR5 (2x 32 GB)
GPU: GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB VANGUARD SOC
PSU: Seasonic PRIME TX-1600 Noctua Edition
SSD: Samsung EVO Plus 2TB (M2)
+3 HDDs on SATA
in a Fractal Design Define 7.
Nvidia GPU is powered by Seasonic's 600 W cable and is installed in the top PCIE slot (16x).
I have a two display setup, one is connected over HDMI, and the other via DP.
Running Win 11 Pro, latest update, and latest Nvidia Studio drivers.
I have also updated BIOS to the latest version.
After working for a few days, I did some video editing in Premiere, DaVinci Studio, and Topaz. This is when the first crash happened. VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (nvlddmkm.sys).
After that I've tried many things.
- disabling Hardware Accelerating GPU Scheduling
- giving full access/control to nvlddmkm.sys
- disabling Fast startup
- changing PICE from Auto to Gen5 and Gen4 (in BIOS)
- plugging only one display (both HDMI and various DP ports)
- unplugging non-system SATA drives
- updating Nvidia GPU firmware with NVIDIA GPU UEFI Firmware Update Tool for RTX 5060 Series
- installing MSI Afterburner and underclocking the GPU (two variations, first with Mem -30 and Core -30, and second with Mem -300 and Core -500). Also tried changing the Power limit to 110 (crashed in mere moments) and to 90 (crashed after a few minutes).
- tried disabling power saving on PCI express ports in Windows (Control panel/Power options)
- enabling FCH spread spectrum in BIOS
- disabling Multiplane overlay (with regfix from Nvidia's site https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5157)
- downgrading the Mobo bios to version 51 (when testing on version 70 before)
- setting TDR Delay to 60 (adding a registry entry via Regedit)
- setting Image setting to Performance in Nvidia Control Panel (also setting it to Quality, both crash)
- removing the latest Nvidia GPU driver (with DDU in Safe mode) and tried running it with default driver from the Windows 11 installation (32.0.15.9144)
- uninstalling Nvidia Audio driver
- installing the drivers with and without PhysX
- flashing BIOS
- fresh install of Win 11 Pro

I have also enabled back the integrated graphic card (AMD) and this made things somewhat better. When i have one display on HDMI on iGPU and the other one on 5070 Ti via HDMI or DP, there are two possible outcomes. Most of the time only one monitor loses signal. Extended desktop still works and Chrome with Youtube is still playing music (from that second desktop). Sometimes is still crashes with nvlddmkm error (only the 5070 Ti display) and sometimes is crashes both displays and gives BSOD.
When I start the computer this way (Display 1 on iGPU via HDMI, Display 2 on 5070 Ti via DP) and leave it running on idle, it works for a while, but then after a few minutes it crashed the Nvidia GPU and only Display 1 is still running on iGPU (that is how I am able to write this report). Both displays are running at 60 Hz.
I have tried reseating the GPU, and checking the 600 W cable (which looks fine, no indication of melting). GPU switch is in a Quiet position.
I am not running any CPU or GPU heavy tasks when this crashes happen. Temperatures are in a normal range (CPU around 50 degrees C, GPU in a 40-45 degrees C range). I've tried setting the constant fan speed on GPU at 40 % and temperatures were around 37 degrees C. When GPU crashes, fans are still spinning, RGB is still on, but there is no more feedback from the sensors in Afterburner or HWiNFO 64 or GPU-Z.
One thing that made me believe it might not be simply OS/software related: one of the displays (the one on Nvidia GPU) has crashed even when still in BIOS. This has only happened once.
Is there anything I'm missing? Has a solution to this been found? Should I just RMA and if so, RMA what - mobo or GPU?

This suggests a PSU issue. (if it's instant power-off without notice)
If there is no some major overheating problem on CPU or GPU.
By shutdown you mean direct shutdown without notice?
Or BSOD & Auto Window's Shutdown?

Should I just RMA and if so, RMA what - mobo or GPU?

If you use only integrated GPU, do you have any stability issues?
Can you heavy stress test the CPU and Memory when the Nvidia GPU is removed?
For memory test (as one good option) can recommend this TestMem5 0.13.1 with "1usmus_v3" config from it's settings.

Can you also test the Nvidia GPU in another PC to verify that's OK or to confirm it's faulty?

I encountered similar issue with my recent build:

- MEG Z890 ACE
- Intel Core Ultra 7 265K
- 2x 32 GB DDR5-4800, G Skill Intl F5-6000J3636F32G (XMP stable)
- Asus x Noctua Nvidia RTX 5080

It never happens under load, in games. Display driver crashes while in Chrome with error code 14 and 153. It begins with mouse and picture freeze, then screen goes black for 3-5 secs, and then video is back. There is no bluescreen, just driver crash, very uncomfortable still. I have also tried most of the things you mentioned, nothing really worked. It constantly crashes 1-2 times a day, without any reason. I did a lot of tests with memtest86 and OCCT - all ok. Heavy load is not a problem for this machine, the temperatures are fine (all noctua coolers and corsair T5000 case). I also found a lot of posts on other forums regarding errors 14 and 153, but none of the proposed solutions seems to work in 100% cases. Currently testing old driver 580.97 and performance settings in nvidia panel.

Did you find anything else maybe?
