Constant noise from monitor when plugged in

I have an MSI MAG 271QPX and I ran into a lot of issues with it as explained in the earlier post.

There is one more which is kinda unrelated to all of those. The monitor emits a constant hum when plugged in.

It doesn't need to be turned on at all, just plugged into the outlet.

Is this a cause for concern? What does it mean?

Attaching the audio file. The wind like noise is the background noise of the room, the higher pitched pulsing noise is the monitor.

I asked the support and they said that its not a problem. So you dont have to worry. I believe every monitor like this one has the noise.

That's most likely a coil whine. Which in itself is not an issue and a normal behaviour for electronic devices. You may want to try a surge protector and see if that helps. Or a different power outlet.
