Hi yes same here I have sent 3 or 4 emails and no responce. So I called them on there customer service line after waiting 45 min on long distance I gave up LOL. It may have been a busy day so I tried a few days later again but still the same thing.
Hi if that is for me I am in Canada. It was a simple question I have to RMA my R7870 card 4 months old for a bad rear fan. No where in the instructions did it say anything about sending a recipt for the card so I wanted to know if I needed to send one or not. I just gave up on the email or contact and am including a copy of the recipt in the RMA box anyway. As I said maybe they where just busy on the days I called still I thought I would get a email responce.
