Coolingproblems with me Gl62 6QF

I have my laptop for about half a year now and in the begining it had no problems with playing Gta V but last weeks My cpu and Gpu reach over 80 degrees celcius while playing it.
is this to high? and are there any ways to bring the tempreture down?

It should normal that CPU/GPU will reach 8x, 9x degrees with heavy loading.
 

What is the temperature on idle status? You could check the temperature/loading info in Dragon Center and post the screen shot in here.

idle with nothing running is around 35 degrees elcius for CPU and gpu 0

Don?t worry. The temperature of your notebook looks okay.
