Coreliquid 240R V2 Pump Makes Buzzing/Whining Noise at 100% Speed

Hi,
I’m using the Coreliquid 240R V2 AIO cooler, but I noticed a strange issue:
When I set the pump speed to more than %80, it produces a sound like coil whine or buzzing quite noticeable and annoying. However, when I reduce the speed to %75-%80, the noise almost completely disappears.
I tested the same cooler in another PC without a case, and there was no noise at %100 we connected with molex. Video in below (note: please increase volume to hear whine because its very hard to hear in capture idk why)
I tested with Molex in my PC and the noise was still there and the CPU_FAN port also had the noise because I can't control the pump in DC mode it always runs at 100%, but when I connect it to the SYS_FAN header and set it to 80% in DC mode, the noise almost disappears; I had originally routed the cooling tube from the left side of the CPU, then reinstalled it with the tube coming from the right side, but the noise still remained.
Any suggestions or has anyone else experienced this.
My system specs;
Ryzen 5 7500F
B650M-R
240R V2
H9 Flow
Mpg A850G

Hi
It could be air bubbles in the loop.
It's also possible that position of the cooler affects its behaviour. But it doesn't sound healthy at all..

Try in the case with the Same PSU you tested with and got no noise with.
It could be a power noise problem either from the PSU or the wall outlet you're using

Also Cables twisted arround each other like this can cause noise
