I've already formatted my PC, used Windows 11, and now I'm using Windows 10, but I can't get the LCD screen to start. It keeps looping, connecting and disconnecting the USB. I've already checked all the motherboard connections.

Yes, it sounds like a low-level issue, has nothing to do with Windows. You could use Linux, Windows 11 or Windows 7, it wouldn't change anything about the display. So i would go back to Windows 11.

If you think this is a board/BIOS-related issue, then you would have to post on the ASRock forums. But it might be purely an MSI cooler issue, then you would be correct here, but in the cooler section (i already asked to move the thread there). From the board side you cannot do much more except updating the BIOS to the latest version anyway.

I would suggest to open a ticket with MSI. This does not sound like something that can be solved so easily, it could be hardware fault of the display somehow.
