Since the user Svet has not answered for a long time, I contacted the official MSI support and they sent me a solution that works perfectly, what's more, now it works better than when it worked well. I would put the solution that they gave me right here but I don't know if it is possible since it includes a web link, more specifically from Drive, to download an MSI application that solves this problem. If it is not possible to put it so that everyone can see it, I could explain it privately to whoever requests it, but keeping in mind that it is something that I will do when I can and have time.
