Coreliquid MPG Silent mode issue

I got an MPG D360 AIO replacing a MAG S360 to get more cooling for my 14700.
When I set the fans on Silent the fans are still turning at 550rpm. That was not the case with S360 cooler that was stopping the fans. If I use the fans from D360 on S360 they are stopped, so it is not the fans.
I have a similar issue with the water block fan still turning at 1027rpm.
I checked the temps on cooler display, MSI Center, and on HWinfo and they are around 35C. MSI Center shows that in Silent mode fans should be off when temp is under 50C.
The pump is turning at 1764rpm, and that might be fine (50% of 2800rpm+/-300rpm).

Any ideas?

I'm running latest software:
MSI Center 2.0.42.0
Coreliquid 3.0.0.73
BIOS A80 on MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI

Correct.
S360 w/ stock fans is not enough to eliminate thermal throttling. Although I like S360 firmware better.
It makes sense money wise as to get the cooling needed, S360 + 3x Noctua fans (NF-A12x25 PWM) is more expensive than D360. At max rpm, D360 actually has a bit more cooling than the combo (that is not the case if using Noctua NF-F12 iPPC-2000 PWM, but these are noisier at full rpm).
Basically, the two AIO are the same hardware except the radiator fans plus the firmware.
