Corsair 7200mhz ram memory does not work xmp and just stuck at 4800mts model
cmh32gx5m2x7200c34

Yesterday I finished buying all the computer parts and assembled it and it worked perfectly,
After formatting and installing Windows update bios and my programs, I activated the XMP on the RAM because it was only working at 4800
After trying to activate the xmp, there was no video at 7200mhz for more than 10 minutes, making me have to click on clear cmos and then the pc started again at 4800
I tried 6400, 6200, 6000, 5000 and none of them booted into Windows, just leaving the computer on without image for several minutes
Can someone help me? The memory is listed as compatible on the motherboard and the xmp still doesn't work

DDR5-7200 is enthusiast-grade speed, also see here, this is for RAM enthusiasts that know exactly what they are doing and have a CPU with a capable IMC (integrated memory controller). Even on Intel with their superior IMCs this speed is not always easy to run, on AM5 it's even more challenging. I wouldn't consider this a plug&play speed.

Secondly, this is an XMP-only kit, and too ambitious XMP for AM5 (DDR5-7200, CL34-44-44-96 @ 1.45V). This is a kit that's clearly meant for Intel. Here's directly from the technical details of this kit:

For AMD, it's better to stay with kits that have an EXPO profile (meant for AM5), and you will suddenly see that the Corsair EXPO kits for example stop at DDR5-6400. That is not a coincidence. With AM5, you can start having problems at or above DDR5-6400.

Furthermore, with the new 800-series MSI AM5 boards we have the additional problem that the BIOS is at an incredibly immature state of development. You can see this already from the fact that there are only beta BIOS versions available. Right now they have many things to improve in that BIOS, so i'm not surprised this RAM is not working that well.

I don't think you can change much about it at this point, just do each BIOS update and hope for improvements. Of course you can open a ticket with MSI, but they will probably tell you the same, this kit is not really meant for this platform.

When the board is doing memory training, wait at least five minutes before you reboot or turn it off. Sometimes memory training takes ages on AM5.

the problem is that no xmp profile works, but I got done it at 6000mhz using msi try it

Yeah, DDR5-6000 should run quite well on AM5, DDR5-6400 may already be hit-or-miss, above that is best left for the RAM enthusiasts. Depends a lot on your individual CPU's IMC quality, and of course on the board and the BIOS. But DDR5-6000 is not so bad, and you can try something higher again with a more mature BIOS later on.
