Dear All and Dear MSI Members,

I had over 600 points for rewards, i tried to buy steam code, but there were no steam code given. And also i lost my 600 points. After several conversation to MSI on e-mail, they could not help me. Today after one year, i see MSI sent me a code that i can use as steam wallet. But its not working.

Could you help me?
 
Keep emailing them directly, use your Member Center to create a ticket and explain the situation. They took care of my issue of lost points pretty quickly.
 
Per every other thread in this forum asking for help with promotions.....

(I wrote this in caps so maybe others will see it an listen instead of constantly making new threads asking for help when we literally can do nothing to help)

Please note Valve has Region locked your area Global Steam Wallet codes do not work in your Region
