Hi!
I've had my Nightblade mi2c for about half a year. It has worked flawlessly up until this morning, when I got a message reading "CPU fan error, please check". The computer was working last night.
The fan is connected to the motherboard, I took off the cabinet and checked. In the BIOS, CPU temp gradually increase, but the CPU fan speed is showing 0 rpm, even after the CPU has passed 70 degrees.
Is the fan broken? Do I need to replace it? The cabinet is quite small. Which fans will fit?
Thanks you for any helpful response.
Edit: I can see the fan start to spin on boot, but stops after a few seconds. After that it does not spin again, even if the temps get high. The fan seems to be working, but something is preventing it from spinning. Is this a BIOS issue?
