CPU Fan is not running

Hi,

I open my PC to change the thermal paste and put everything back together, Everything is working as before but the CPU fan is not running even tho the LEDs on it is turning on.
Any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?

More information needed.

Where is the fan connected?

Have you verified the fan works at all?

Have you tried another fan?

1. In the 2nd picture you can see the white wire is connected to a black wire, and that wire is connected to the motherboard.

2. I try to spin the fan by hand and monitor rpm on msi center but I don't see any thing there it still remains 0. Let me know if there's another way to verify it

3. I don't have another fan which i can try,

SOLVED

there are 2 wires coming out of the fan,
1 is for the LEDs which is connected as seen in the picture
2nd should be connected to the motherboard CPU_FAN headers (pins)

I forgot to connect the 2nd pins, and that's why leds were turning on but the fan wasn't spinning
