CPU fan isn't working on Hermes 845GV full and Lite

well

i have here an hermes 845GV and when i switch it on, the cpu fan starts for about half an second and stops then, same problem with the lite version.

so, can this problem be solved or do i have to send it back to msi? (both comps are new)

you mean the pc does not boot ?

does it come with a d bracket if thats the case

if so whats that stopping at

it works fine, except the cpu fan isn't working, it only starts for about half a sec when u switch it on, when u connect the cable with the plug for the 2 side fans it works fine, but when the cpu fan isn't working, the cpu gets too hot and the computer crashes, and so the os installation is destroyed, that's the reason why i found that problem

all i can suggest is disable cpu fan detection in the bios usually were temps are and get an adaptor and hook it straight to the psu
