Hello. I got my laptop 2 years ago via amazon. I live in India, Hyderabad city. For the past six months I’ve been trying to get my laptop repaired but to no avail. because of the pandemic, my efforts were severely hampered.

2 weeks ago I contacted the msi authorised service centre called sysnet. After weeks of no responses, false promises that they will do out of warranty service , today they rudely told be that they are not doing out of warranty service and said I should direct ask msi. Please help. I just want my laptop to get repaired. money is not an issue , I can pay whatever price the parts cost. Can anyone help me?

yes, my laptop was register on the product registration page when I got it.

You could try buying a new CPU fan for your model of laptop, I think they are around $80 and it shouldnt be that hard to fix.
hopefully its not a motherboard/power issue, the fan might just need cleaning or something jammed it, It wont invalidate any warrenty if you open it up.

Contact MSI support and ask them to send you a fan if you dont want to order of a 3rd party, my laptop battery died and I bought from Amazon, when I got it the thing wouldnt work. So I had to get a refund and sending batterys in the post is very dodgy. Anyway I contacted MSI support and they sold me an Official battery for around $150, now my computer charges again.

If the local service center does nothing, you can try to raise a web ticket to contact their HQ.
