Hello! I have a problem with my assembled computer.
The components are:
  • Motherboard: MSI MPG Z890I EDGE TI WIFI;
  • Cooling system: MSI MAG CORELIQUID E240;
  • OS: Windows 11 Pro;
  • CPU: Intel Core Ultra 7 265.
The CPU temperature in idle mode (in BIOS) reaches 104 °C, while the ambient temperature is only 40–50 °C. What could be the cause of this issue?

You're positive that it's Celsius and not the other one
as 104f is 40c and that would be correct

while the ambient temperature is only 40–50 °C.

40 to 50 °C Ambient, are you living in the middle of the Simpson Desert or something

Can you download HwInfo64
>>HWInfo64<<

And supply a screenshot of the temp section
