CPU Socket Temperature 95 Degree

Dear MSI Team
I am using MSI B365 motherboard and facing socket temperature issue since the beginning from purchase. Below are the specifications of my computer
core i7-9th Generation,Processor 9700f,Heat Sink for processor, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD, 16GB RAM, ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER AMP Extreme graphic card

The temperature is normal while in idle state, as soon as i start to play game on any software the CPU Socket Temperature goes high as already discussed. CPU temperature remains normal. I also replaced the motherboard but still facing the same issue. Images are attached for your further reference.
Kindly guide me how to resolve the issue as i am not getting any suitable solution for this.

Socket temperature is nearly between 32-42 degree.

Those are games (far cry, need for speed) etc
I already tried HWmonitor but it only monitors the hardware
I need solution to my issue, not only to monitor it
