Creator 15 - FAN 1 from Creator Center keeps spinnig on 2700

Hi,
I have weird problem. I received today this... laptop. It should be that loud in IDLE? It keeps about 2700RMP on left fan. Doesn't look normal for me. Right side is quiet and CreatorCenter confirms exactly 0RPM. Even my 4 year old Dell XPS 15 is quiet comparing to this.
Could someone tell me what is your fan speeds in IDLE?

2700rpm is the IDLE for CPU, the 0rpm is the GPU fan.

Thanks for reply And this is ok? I have also (as mentioned before) XPS 15, it's more quiet in IDLE and Macbook Pro (this is pure quite). I also used Thinkpad p50 for one year and that was quiet...
I am used to silence in IDLE and this is new for me :/

Unfortunately I tried it and didn't work. Looks like it does not support newer CPUs

Well other than that, if you can't find a BIOS that is PRE 2021 (2300rpm) you're stuck with 2700rpm.

FYI, I sent it to MSI service and they reply that they cannot fix this issue and they will send me a new laptop. So it looks like it is some weird hardware problem.

Well please let us know the fan rpm of your new laptop.
My GE72, P65 and PS63, spin at around 2700rpm minimum, my GS65 2300rpm, the others haven't checked yet, but none bother me.

Hi, sorry for long time of reply. I had the same problem with second laptop. Send it again to service, but they told me it's fine. So... I have to live with this. But... In CC i use High performance -> advanced and I set fans to 0 in 3/5 values. So it's quiet in IDLE and low usage. When I play i switch to balance or silent mode.
I had some problems with CC and I got solution. After that looks like heat genearation of laptop went down - maybe just my imagination
1. Update BIOS

3. Clean install MSI creator center
Go windows setting -> apps & features ->Uninstall MSI SDK, MSI NBfoundation service , MSI creator center -> restart laptop and install again MSI creator center .

I always recommend using COOLER BOOST when gaming, unless very old 2D games with CPU @ 99%.

fan cooling not cooling only cpu / gpu hw ,but complete device need air circuit
.,,.some models is locked "min speeds 2400rpm+" or you have only bad idle temperatures ??

first step on curve is around 40-50C "idle" ,..,example 1200rpm "for gt75"
try your MSI SW and find FAN CURVE - here set what need "not recommended 0RPM - no circulation"
and repair top end - two last point on max "cooler booster under 90C" oem starts spin up 94C-98C+

coolerbooster "auto"
20-30-50-60-100-100 - faster end
1200rpm -1800-3000-3600-5500-5500

gpu fix "sensitivity for low usage - web / movies "
20-20-30-50-60-100 - example for slower spin up

EXAMPLE ! first step on curve is around 40-50C "idle" need good cooling or setup for idle

I prefer a steeper curve, fan noise don't bother me so much, after all I overclocked all my PCs for 12 years, now I just have an old PC and many laptops!

But when I watch a film.

When I game COOLER BOOST!

here depend on usage and cooling options

but repair ends points on curve i recommended for all notebook
oem is full fan speed on 94-98C+

when you adjust it like this - cooler booster " does not make sense "
repaired curve - auto cooler booster "90C target"
