CreatorPro X17 A12UKS - LiveKernelEvent - NVIDIA Issue

Alright, I am at my wits end with this issue. Here's the summary:

I own a CreatorPro X17 A12UKS. I bought this unit from NewEgg with added ram to get it to 128GB as I do some heavy processing. I had intermittent lockups and/or blue screens with this unit. The Reliability Monitor shows "A problem with your hardware caused Windows to stop working correctly. LiveKernelEvent." This issue seems entirely sporadic in that heavy processing seems unrelated. And no, the memory is not the issue (memtest run).

After extensive troubleshooting with NewEgg, the machine was replaced entirely with an identical, but different device. Same problem. At this point I start to think my dock is the issue so I replace it as well. No dice. Furthermore, the issue has since then occurred off the dock, although less often.

From what I can tell, this issue relates to NVIDIA. I've worked with them extensively as well. They've escalated to Tier 2 (6 weeks ago) and have gone entirely dark. I really need a working solution to this problem as soon as possible as it's impacting my work. Today I reached out to MSI support, but I'm not sure an engineer with enough background to fully understand the issue is engaged.

Any help is appreciated! I've attached a screen shot of the Reliability Monitor in full. Happy to provide any/all additional details.

From the report, the problem is caused by nvlddmkm. It can be lots of factors such as Nvidia graphics driver or hardware, etc.
Did you install Nvidia graphics driver on the MSI website?

If you encounter the issue again, it is suggested to record the repliation steps. It is the clue to find out the root cause.

It is caused by dxgkrnl.sys and nvlddmkm.sys. It could be related to Nvidia graphics driver, other drivers or hardware issue.
It is suggested to reinstall Nvidia graphics driver first to check.

However, the information is not enough to determine the issue. The usage scenario is still necessary to analyze further.

Do you still have the same problem after clean installation?
The usage scenario is still necessary for determining the issue.
What were you doing when you last encountered this problem?
I am testing actively. Nothing special is being done when this happens. My computer is used for work which entails spreadsheets, browser usage, and emails. The especially high end specs are for extensive multitasking although this issue seems separate of heavy usage.

One thing I have noticed - This often happens between usage on and off my CalDigit Lightning Doc. The issue happened with a previous doc (different manufacturer) which I replaced for the CalDigit to see if the original doc was the issue. If I do a clean reboot between plugging on and off the doc, the issue doesn't seem to persist.

Did you mean TS3 Plus | Thunderbolt 3 Dock - CalDigit?
Since you replace the CalDigit new dock, there is no issue happening?
If you are connecting the external device, it is suggested to remove every external device to confirm if it is caused by them.

Let me clarify - Before the TS4 Caldigit doc, I had another brand entirely. I had the blue screens with that other brand and now the TS4 so I don't expect the doc is the issue. Other than the doc, no devices. Also, I have had the issue both on and off the doc.

Although I haven't had any blue screens, I have had the lockups still. The computer does "come back" to being usable after these lockups, but it's still problematic and, seemingly to me points to the video driver.

If the laptop is not connected to a docking station, can you still see the BSOD? If so, at least you can be sure that it is indeed a problem with the laptop.
It is not possible to simply judge that the problem is with the laptop just because both of connecting to docking stations.
BTW, do you have the same version of Nvidia graphics driver on MSI website? I did not mention it, and you might install from Nvidia website.

I have seen the blue screen when off the dock. Furthermore, this issue has persisted across two different model docks. This has to be the graphics driver by process of elimination, in my opinion.
