I have some questions about MSI P55A-G55 mainboard. I'm actually a Gigabyte user, specifically I have the GAP55 UD3R.
The main point is that I've recently purchased a 6850 CF and... they don't scale the percentage they are used to because of my mainboard.
As you can see here http://www.hardware.fr/news/10399/p55-attention-2Nd-pci-e-x16.html some of the mainboards of many companies use a 16x/4x mode in CF that isn't real 16x/4x because the 4x slot runs.. at half because it's not directly connected to the processor.
Anyway I just wanted to ask for a MSI mainboard that doesn't do this "*!%*!"%" that my mainboard do. I want a real CF scaling.
Any suggestion?
