Hello, I have a MSI Crosshair 16 HX (model D2XW) and I am facing a critical issue. I switched the GPU mode to Discrete Graphics Mode in MSI Center, and after restarting the laptop, I get a completely black screen. The laptop turns on (fans spin, LEDs light up) but there is absolutely no display, neither on the internal screen nor on an external monitor via HDMI. The Caps Lock key does not respond either, which suggests Windows is not loading at all. I have already tried an EC reset (holding power button for 60 seconds) multiple times without success. It seems like the system is blocked at the BIOS/firmware level due to the GPU mode switch. Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution, particularly a BIOS recovery procedure via USB? Any help would be greatly appreciated
 
Additionally, I noticed that the laptop refuses to stay off, every time I shut it down or force it off by holding the power button, it automatically powers back on
 
If you've already tried EC reset without success, and there is no external display, you may need to send it for repair directly.
