Hi MSI.
I am partly to blame for going out and buying a new MSI monitor that was twice the price of one I just bought a few months ago only because the MSI monitor had USB ports (for updating firmware) and crosshairs that could be moved around the screen.
My previous monitor has crosshairs too, but they cannot be positioned where I want them on the screen, as not all games want crosshairs in the dead center of the monitor.
The MSI Screen Assist sounded great until I tested the crosshairs and found them all too big and clunky. All I want is something a few pixels in size, preferably bright pink or fluro green so it stands out in most games. If we could edit the crosshairs ourselves, like the MSI Laptops can do with True Color 4, that would be ideal.
Otherwise, can you please add/change the crosshairs available in Screen Assist to better suit the size of the monitors? They are so big and clunky they feel only suitable for a big 50" TV, playing a console game that doesn't require pinpoint accuracy.
I think it's the same problem with all the monitors, but if it's relevant, I purchased the "MPG341CQR" model monitor.
Also, I cannot install True Color because I don't have an MSI laptop, and it doesn't detect the MSI monitor as a suitable product to allow install of the software (even when plugged in via USB uplink port)
