Cubi 5 10M - LAN NIC network does not auto negotiate at 1G, only works manually at 100M

On new Cubi 5 10M, I have tried even on Linux and Windows, updated BIOS, drivers and new system OS, but onboard NIC does not work. When i tried to manually negotiate at 100M suddenly NIC is working and i can access to the internet. Does someone have the same problem? Maybe i need an customized BIOS, because the actually one getting from website it is not to much Advanced but an Light version. Even i have changed cables, different ones, but i think is BIOS/DRIVER problem, or maybe physical, but it is new fresh PC and it seems strange.

what router / Switch are you connecting the Cubi 5 to?

If i am not wrong v 8.5. I tried with Windows drivers download from official page, linux OS and same problem. Actually i am using proxmox 8.2.2 and still is the same, In reality i have configured gigabit USB ethernet because of problems with that on board port. It needs to use ethtool to configure port in 100Mb/s, because autonegotiate in 1Gb/s does not work the port.
