Curve editor greyed out and can't use.

Hey, i have a Gigabyte 5080 oc gaming gpu, i have tweaked it before with MSI afterburner and went to go back in to do some more and i cant edit with curve editor its greyed out as well as fan profiles ?
any ideas would help dramatically. thanks.
