Cyborg 15 A13V booting to bios with strange burnt marks on sides of motherboard.

I have this laptop that will only boot to bios and whatever change i make and save, the bios will not keep the changes.
I've tried to boot from usb, even tho it detects my usb drive it still will only boot to bios.
I replaced the cmos battery because it was at 1.2V, same thing occurs, it will not keep any changes to the bios and not boot to the OS.
I've noticed some weird burnt marks on the side of the motherboard, as if some sort of circuit shorted out from within the layers of the board.
i've counted 9 such burnt marks all around the motherboard, there may be more under the battery, i have not taking it appart to count them all.

I was wondering if anyone had such problems and how you solved it, thanks.

Exact same problem here. But on Vector. Have you found any solution if this thing is fatal or not?

Im having exact burn marks like in your photos. Any updates?

Did some research. Seems like those burn marks are just marks where laser cuts individual boards. So they are normal.
