Cyborg 15 A13VF fans almost always running

As title says.
The laptop is very new, I got it around a year ago and, since I use it for uni and don't do a lot of actual gaming on it (for the moment at least) I always have it on "eco silent".
Thing is, it takes very little for the fans to start running like crazy, sometimes even if I'm literally doing nothing. In the last weeks, even watching YouTube seems cause enough for the fans to start, and they're very loud.
Now, I wanna point out that I'm not that tech-savvy, I read a few things online and checked but nothing so far seems to have solved my problems. I know laptops are supposed to work more "intensely", but what bugs me is that it was more or less fine up until a few weeks ago. I even did a BIOs update recently.
For the time being I have Windows, if that helps.
Any and all advice appreciated :)
 
Even when the laptop is set to Eco-Silent mode and running at very low power, the fans can still start spinning once enough heat has built up.
Check the CPU/GPU temperatures and the actual fan speeds when this happens. It may also be worth cleaning any dust from the fans and air vents.
 
i have the same problem looking at temps cpu even under no load is 70 when just in an brower 90 gpu is kinda fine never seen it jump hiher then 80 also replace whole cooling system because vents broke after 1 year even with new paste and new cooling still having the same problem
 
CPU temperature is also related to CPU load; you can check CPU usage using software in Task Manager.
