D-Bracket/Usb help needed

This is my first MSI board so hopefully I'm overlooking something simple. After installing the D-Bracket, I found that neither the usb ports or the led's are active. All usb is enabled in the bios. Windows Xp recognizes the ports, but they are dead. Thanks in advance for your response.

Hi,

You have not read the manual very well.....
The D-Leds must be connected the JLED connector......
And you might have connected the USB connectors to others then the JUSB connections.....
Take a better look at the manual, as you didn't specify the board...
