is possible have workin both ddr 266 and 333 mhz ram at same time in kt333

Yes, provided the RAM timing you set work for both DIMMs. For example, if you set to 166Mhz or HCLK+33 , then you're overclocking your DDR266 but running at "capable" speed for DDR333. If both the RAM can take this speed, why not ? :)
