How do I identify what DDR is supported on the PRO Z690 board? It only displays PRO Z690 A. No DDR4 or DDR5 anywhere.

I cannot log a ticket because it keeps asking "Please fill in the correct product name we provide" which MSI provides in the query?

what exact Model Do you have as there are 2 Versions?

2 options are:
PRO Z690-A = DDR5
PRO Z690-A DDR4 = DDR4

the one without DDR4 on the end of the name is DDR5

Based on your other topic look up PRO Z690-A DDR4

Thank You, that was a quick, the benefit of the internet.

I have seen pictures of a board with DDR4 at the end but did not want to assume "nothing" is DDR5. Although in a way, the Z690 is designed for the latest technology and so you have to specifically pick a DDR4 one.
