Follow up - Problem resolved
It was the minifridge
The phreaking minifridge was causing my random internet disconnections.
I noticed I got kicked offline when the compressor came on so I moved it out of the man cave and Viola everything works just fine.
Signal interference.
MSI might look into some shielding.

My fridge and a upright Freezer ar on the back of the wall my PC sits up against so about 5 inches of space between them, and on the same 240v power Circuit yet no problems like you had so may be you fridges not meet anti interference guidelines. Much like your user name not meets standards of decency.

Was B and D ever above low tier product

Well they was 30 or more years ago My B and D 1/2" drill and 9" circular saw sill work but has been a long time since they made any decent products and yet they are still in Business.

If you're referring to the tragically tragic Intel i225-v - and I think you are - you should count yourself lucky that your issue has been resolved.
The internet is overflowing with tales of woe posted by those who keep on trying, unsuccessfully, to make this piece of cr*p work.
Three revisions by Intel and the problem is nowhere near being solved.
I had my own fair share of issues when I bought the AsRock B550 Tiachi; superb board, but the i225-v killed if for me.
