I am absolutely livid.
The sheer amount of information you request from us is absolutely RIDICULOUS
First we have to create an account
Then we have to give our name
Then we have to get a serial number
then we have to get a proof of purchase
then we have to get some STUPID three digit number off the product, because all this other nonsense is just not enough.
I am not a happy camper.
You sold me a defective product, and now you don't want to service it.
Your customer service and your website absolutely sucks.
