Hi!

Im having issues with my Prestige 15, i was very hesitant to switching from HP since they have always worked well for me, but the specs of the prestige laptop had me convinced so i gave it a try and the only reason i choose Prestige 15 over other laptops was the support for 2 Disks basically. This way i could have one disk for work and one for private/experimenting etc.

My issue atm is that, the laptop is refusing to boot the second OS located on the second disk, even when i select the disk in bios or in boot up options, it boots only the other disk.

The disk that is being booted is located on the first port( Where the factory disk was)
Im not sure if this has any importance?

Second issue is that with UEFI enabled, i cant boot any of the disks at all, im just launched into the bios settings, but this is not my main concern at this point, since switchting to legacy mode works for now.

Please help me resolve this, i really want to keep this laptop but if it doesnt support the 2 OS on 2 disks, then ill have to return it.

Also i was unable to upload a support ticket, without uploading a file? In linux, we dont have the tool and creating a .txt file didnt seem to do the trick...

Thanks

Maybe do a separate, targeted post instead of replying here? I doubt you'll get the answers you want here.

I want to know more about MSI's new modern 15. As a researcher and the writer from the best resume services Dubai, I have seen many reviews and learn about different technologies and new updates. I also read blogs and stuff, follow different forum websites to keep myself updated with the latest trends. You all should do the same.
