I was interested in purchasing the Aegis RS2 AI C2NUF9-1074US. I have several questions if anybody here can help me:
1. The product page describes the following for the rear I/O ports:
4x USB 2.0 (usually black in color)
2x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A (5Gbps) (usually blue in color)
1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type A (10 Gbps) (usually red in color)
1x USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type C (20 Gbps)
1x Thunderbolt 4 40 Gbps Type C
However the picture of the I/O ports appears to be different....by my count, it looks like 4x USB 3.2 Type A (blue) 5Gbps slots and no USB 3.2 10Gbps or 20Gbps slots. Is the picture more accurate, or the product description?
2. Which type of MSI 4070 Ti Super graphics card is included in the build? The Ventus? Gaming Slim? etc.
3. Does MSI ship graphics cards separately to avoid damage to the motherboard? If not, what precautions are taken for shipping?
4. Is it possible to pick up anything I order from my local carrier in person, rather than have it delivered to my home address? Companies like UPS and Fedex often do not allow customers control of this (at least for free), so I'm not sure if the shipper can help at all with this.
5. Are all components installed new and unused?
6. When mailing out PCs, does MSI send any other materials that usually come packaged with each component, such as manuals, unused motherboard accessories and power supply cables?
