Hello, I’m having a problem with a device on my computer. More specifically, I keep getting a warning saying that Windows cannot identify the device. This warning appears under Universal Serial Bus controllers in Device Manager.

When I’m playing CS and using my keyboard, my movement sometimes freezes. After the keyboard reconnects to the computer, it responds to the previous movement rather than my current input, which causes a significant delay in the game.
I have already tried changing the keyboard, using different USB ports, uninstalling and reinstalling the devices and their drivers, but the problem still occurs.
Sometimes the problem doesn’t happen for an hour, and then suddenly I start getting error messages every five seconds.
I have also already reset Windows, but I don’t know what else I can do. Could you please help me identify and fix the problem?
I have pc MPG Infinite X2

I have a desktop computer, and the same problem keeps happening—but only with the keyboard. It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting... it's annoying.

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed.

A "Code 43" error on a USB device in Windows 11 means that one of the drivers controlling the device notified the operating system that the device failed in some manner.

Quick Troubleshooting Steps
• Re-plug and switch ports: Unplug the USB device, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in. Alternatively, try a different USB port (preferably a direct motherboard port on the back of the PC).
• Restart your computer: Perform a full system shutdown and reboot to reset the hardware state.
• Uninstall and reinstall the driver:
1. Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
2. Expand "Universal Serial Bus controllers" or look for the device with an error icon.
3. Right-click the problematic device and select Uninstall device.
4. Restart your PC, and Windows 11 will automatically attempt to reinstall the driver.
