I ran into a problem that when I started some kind of disk check, I canceled it during the verification process. Now I can't boot into the system, it's not possible to put my SSD m2 in boot priority. And when you try to check the disk again, the error "Device self-test fail" pops up in the BIOS. Is there a solution to this problem and can you tell me how to fix it?

Did you try the startup repair? But if you cannot put in boot priority, i guess it wont' work for you.
How about just install new OS on different SSd and extract data from your bad SSD and call it the day. Would be much easier.
