Thanks for help, but it didn't work there either. I got reply from MSI to contact NVIDIA and NVIDIA says to contact Amazon and Amazon sends me to manufacturer, I give up guys, just so frustrating 3 giant companies can't do anything about this issue, shocking,

As a last resort, try posting on nvidia reddit abot your problem. Once I've seen an nvidia staff on reddit help someone get the correct code after he shared that the code he received was for the wrong region, and another time, a kind stranger offered to give his own code to help someone else who shared that he was given a code from Asus that had already been redeemed. It's a long shot though, so good luck.

Kicking myself I didn't do this process earlier - It's been 4 days and still haven't progressed from

No one will probably know ANYTHING here regarding promotions.
MSI doesn't share any information with us regarding that, as it's handled by marketing people, and even moderators don't communicate with them. You'd need to contact customer service at MSI in order to get any help with it.

Just a note, even if you purchased it directly from MSI you can expect "2-3 weeks" before you get your key "if they have them". See email response below:

" Thanks for contacting the MSI US Store! We will send out Diablo IV codes via an automated system. As long as we have them available, you typically will receive one roughly 2-3 weeks after purchase. We built this buffer in case someone were to return their compatible product. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. "

Not mentioning GeForce claims "up to 14 days", which come on 14 day would be a terrible response time, but the MSI store can only do worse. Oh also that 'buffer' time of 2-3 weeks when the return policy is 30 days... Do they really not have the ability to revoke a key or charge back for the game price if the key was used? A ridiculous process, I still like the MSI hardware, but their customer service is terrible.
