Digivox mini II (v3.0) invalid serial number in TotalMedia 3

Hello

I have a problem installing the TotalMedia 3 software. I found the sticker on the box with the S/N but the serial doesn't work. I've tried it with and without hyphens and capital letters too but I always get the "invalid serial number"-message. What can I do?

Hardware drivers seemed to install properly, although I found this "Microsoft ISATAP Adapter" in device manager with the message "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)". I am not sure if this has appeared before or after the installing of the Digivox-device.
I can't test if the device works because I can't install the software.

I use 64bit Vista Ultimate, SP1, DX10

I installed this driver: http://eu.msi.com/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=driver&maincat_no=132&prod_no=1262
The description says that the drivers should work in 64-bit vista but the name of the file says only 32bit.

This is the wrong number. You should have a CD sleeve with ArcSoft TotalMedia Software, there is a sticker with a Licence key number you should use.
