Digivox mini II V3.0 problem!

Regards to all from new member!

I have a problem with my TV tuner (Digivox mini II V3.0).

When i tried to install driver from cd, I got a massage "please install hotfix first". And I tried to find hotfix but find out that hotfix is for Win XP SP2. As I have SP3 installed I could not install that, so I install driver that I find on net (http://www.howtodrivers.com/model562508.html).
I also install Arcsoft total media and when I try to setup software, I got a massage that "device cannot be detected or is not supported".

Is my tuner dead or is wrong driver?

Whats wrong with the latest driver here?

Sorry, getting my II and 3.0 mixed up there! :bonk:

So did you install that driver from your link?

Can you try it in another computer? If it doesn't work there, then it is definitely faulty, and you should return it for replacement.
