We have been selling said product for a while now but over the last few days we have had a couple of returns Not Picking up any channels, So before we gave the new products to our customers we decided to test the stock we have left and all 5 units seem to have the same fault. We sell other DVB-t devices and they work fine and we have a digital powered external aerial + A normal aerial both of which pick up all free view channels with the TV's and other freeview devices we sell. We have tried all updated drivers and total media software to no avail, any help would be appreciated.
