hi everyone I am a new member of MSI however I am really disappointed.
I want to share my unboxing experience with my first MSI laptop GE66. I have bought my laptop 12 days ago from Scan Computer. After I delivered my laptop I was very excited and unboxing my new laptop GE66 10SGS which I've paid £3170. However, when I connect my laptop to the external speakers the hitches have been started. There was a crackling sound coming from the speakers it was a terrible moment for me cause all of my excitement was gone then I found another headset to try the headset jack. Meanwhile, my external speakers are working well with Mac Pro without any problem. I do not want to send my laptop back then I bought wireless speakers cause there was not a problem with the headset and I thought about maybe the problem is coming from my external speakers.
But today I figured it out one of the rubber feet of the laptop is missing. it is really sad. It makes me get cold to the laptop and the brand. I really do not know but I think I will send it back and want my refund.
what are your experiences are these normal for every brand or not?
do you have any suggestions?
