Display windows doesn't show up

I just bought an MSI Cubi 5 Intel i5, but when I try to turn it on it won't go into Windows and it's stuck with a black screen but the cursor can run normally, I've tried plugging in the HDD that has Windows installed but it still doesn't work, does anyone know why this is?

Please just install one memory to check it can be into BIOS setup or not.
Note: Please remove all storage.

It could be a problem with the boot configuration or a corrupted Windows installation. Try accessing BIOS/UEFI settings and ensure the correct boot drive is selected or attempt a Windows repair using a bootable USB.
