Do I lose the warranty on my rtx5090 ventus if I replace the thermal paste and thermal pads with ones of my choice? (PTM7950 + Upsiren UP6)

I bought a Ventus rtx5090 last month in a spanish shop and I'm wondering if I lose the warranty if I put another thermal paste and thermal putty?

Most of the time this is not allowed. Please check with the store you got the card from - in Europe the store is the warrant, not MSI.

What do you mean? You are the manufacturer and you are obligued to honor the warranty and an eventual RMA.
Please, clarify if you can because this makes no sense to me.

Best contact to the shop, etc. to the place of purchase to have a ask.

He mean for the EU the warrantee is to the place of the purchase.
For EU MSI do not process directly warranty with ends users,
but the warrantee is processed by shop (place of purchase), then => retailers/distributors for the specified region.
