Does "MSI MPG B760I Edge WIFI DDR4" have CPU Lite Load option in BIOS?

I want to run this motherboard with a 13600KF, and since those seem to have some crazy power draw/overheating issues, I heard that this option helps a lot, but I can't find any info on whether this new board has that option.

On another note: setting "Short Duration Power Limit" and "Long Duration Power Limit" was also mentioned, but
1. I don't know if the BIOS has those options either, and
2. whether those would be conflicting with the option mentioned above.

The guy is talking about reduce voltage possibility on B760 chipset and 12/13th gen CPU.
Most likely applying CPU lite load on B760 will also result into half performance due to CEP.
Power limit should be there but that could also possibly affect your performance.
 
Sorry, I am quite new to this topic and don't understand what's being said there. So B760 has the Lite Load and Power Limit options, but they could impact performance? To what degree, and what is CEP?

CEP is a kind of Current Protection ((Current Excursion Protection)) it will prevent it from getting too low or reduce the wattage being used to prevent System crash

So to lower power you need to turn it off, or lowering CPU voltage may be ignored by the system in some way

But I still have trouble putting the info together. So I can make the B760i board handle the 13600KF, but it will affect performance in some way? Should I go and pick some other board for that CPU?
 
I just received the B760i. There is a CPU Lite Load option, but it affects the performance. I do not see the IA CEP option in the bios to turn it off.

The board should be ok for a 13600KF (although on a board with graphics outputs, i would generally recommend a CPU with iGPU, it can help with troubleshooting later, when your GPU doesn't work for some reason, things like that).

The only thing you can't do on a B-chipset board is to properly undervolt a -K CPU, so if you find that your CPU cooling cannot deal with the heat at full load, then you will have to lower the power limits. This can easily be done, but that's not undervolting, it's just limiting the maximum CPU power draw.

Yes, I saw that. The problem is that behavior of different CPUs is completely unpredictable.
I tried different methods of undervolting with Asus B660i and gave up.
However, I saw some youtube videos showing that CLL was successfully applied on B660M Mortar and Alder Lake locked CPUs. Not sure though, how it is with B760.
Would be good, if someone shares his experience with 12400/500/600 (non-K) cpu and MSI B760, especially B760i which I'm interested in.
 
But have they checked the performance? Everything appears normal with a lowered CPU Lite Load in those configurations, until you run some benchmarks.
 
No, no - I'm talking only about situation, when CPU Lite Load is applied and performance still the same, but as I said, it was for B660. Would be great, if applying CLL on B760i works as expected.
 
It's always a combination of chipset and CPU. If i drop my 13500 in, it works. With a 12500, i don't believe it will.
