Don’t work funs and ARGB in case GUNGNIR 300r Airflow

Hello. I bought the case MSI MPG Gungnir 300R Airflow . And motherboard ASUS ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming WiFi.
I plugged all the connectors into the motherboard. But the built-in fans are not working.

Can you tell me which places on the motherboard it is tedious to connect all the wires of the case? I did everything according to the instructions. But they don't work.

What is not working? not spinning or not lighting up? are they connected to the motherboard directly or through the hub?
