Dongle on my Versa 300 Wireless isnt work

Hi all,im literally [***CENSORED***] UP WITH THIS MOUSE
Who can help me with this trash(dongle)
problem : in system it(dongle) shows,but no react on clicks and moving in radio mode
in bluetooth mode cursor moves like a fish,which fall from water on beach

try to reset the mouse by holding left+right+scroll and switch the mouse from off to on. if it still fails maybe you should return it.

I had the same problem, hold DPI button and left click for 5 sec then reconect dongle and should be paired and working again.
