Dragon Center 2.1.103.0 Disabled in Startup, and Not Showing in Icon Tray After Windows Startup

After installing the latest Dragon Center 2.1.103.0 I am no longer able to get the Dragon Center icon to load during start up.

Before installing the latest version installer, I fully uninstalled the previous version which was showing the icon on every startup.

I have tried to enable the Dragon Center in the start up menu in Windows 10, but it keeps reverting back to disabled after saving the setting.

I have even tried to delete all of the registry files I could find after an uninstall attempt, it did not help. I have also used the MSI SDK uninstaller, and it did not help.

The Dragon Center does launch if I go to the launcher from the start menu list. It shows in the tray icon area when I launch it, but not when Windows loads.

If anyone else has this issue please let me know. Any help to point me in the right direction is greatly appreciated.

My problem with this update is that my Crucial Ballistix RGB modules are no longer controllable in Mystic Light. 2 x DIMMS stay permanently on, the other 2 do not respond to my requests. They've broken something.......again!!!
