Dragon Center Battery Health Option Missing

my battery health option is gone, maybe because i update my windows 10 to 20H2 version, the option is supposed to be in the white circle mark. i have reset my pc using the F3 and reinstall the dragon center but nothing works. please help me now my battery always charged to 100%

the reset button on the back of the laptop doesnt work. so i download the BIOS n EC from the web and i flashed it. why it doesnt work?

and then the bios and the firmware updated itself, after i re-install the dragon center.
thank god now it works.

1 more question, is it okay the bios updated itself after i install the dragon center?
that version of bios is the problem before and now its normal, thats strange.

If bios updated itself, it may be updated by Windows Update, it's normal if you select optional update.
But I think update bios through BIOS menu is much safer.
