I installed the lastest version 2.0.69.0 of MSI Dragon Center. After that, everything made me surprise ! The tools are used for controlling battery, CPU, fans speed and VGA disappeared . What's wrong with it ? My device which I am using : MSI GF75 thin 10SCSR

Another Dragon Center update.

Dragon Center is acting really strange these days. Now it forcing a underclock, even if I have turned of the software controll mode. Suddenly my CPU was at 0,79Ghz on all cores. Easy fix, turn it on, and then off agian. But SDK is still living it own life. Working and not working.
Please fix this.

Why reinstall windows for some software that is not working properly? I have the newest Windows on USB stick. Dragon Center is full of bugs, so this is MSI's responsability to FIX this.
im not sure but that work for me

This is not the solution to a software problem. MSI Dragon Center has lately become more bloatware. Resent Dragon Center updates has gone from good to worse. So I think Dragon Center soon or later will be unistalled, and never install agian. Waiting for my Lian Li UNIFans, untill then. It has to stay just because Mystic Light.

Try to clean install the Dragon Center.
I found the FAQ from the MSI website.

Multiple times. Just by uninstalling Dragon Center is not enough, MSI SDK has to be uninstalled too. Common sense when software is having a bad day, uninstall the software and everything making it work has to go.

Have you tried the Dragon Center offline package on the MSI website?

Tried off line package ,numerous reinstalls

With mine I can't do any live updates it jsut says cannot find the update server
and I cannot see lan manager or true colour

This is a 3 day old laptop GL75 SKF. I'm not impressed I'm already on a tech forum as a brand new first time MSI customer. :(

I have the same issue! I can't control anything anymore except for true color and lan manager. Even reinstalling doesn't seem to fix things
Oh dear,
I can see everything EXCEPT True Colour and LAN Manager. Reinstall does nothing but my machine is only 3 days old GL75. Live updates don't work either all I get is can not find update server. :(

I never knew MSI software is so buggy. This is my first MSI product and I'm regretting it already and it's not even a week old :(

Have you waited for the MSI SDK installation finish when you install the Dragon Center?
I found the clean install video about the Dragon Center.

Absolutely. Of course, the SDK all loads up correctly.
I found that video before posting on here so yes I tried all that. I am just shocked it can be non functional right out out the box literally.
and yes tried the offline version too. :)

Have you contacted the MSI technical support?
I don't know about the OP but I certainly did.
Despite me giving them screenshots we're oging around in clrcles as it went to another support ticket with the other one saying they have not got the screenshots so i did it all over again.

They will most likely just say the same thing, remove and reinstall. I hope they don't because the first support reply was that and I replied that it did not do anything.
I have a thread of my own on this with more screen shots I only joined this one as I was hoping there was a solution other than remove and reinstall. I'm missing dragon centre lan manager, true colour and updates don't work.
