Dragon center "mode does not appear anymore"

Hi
i was trying to uninstall dragon center of my computer ( MSI GP73-Leopard 8RE) to get the latest version .

but when i finally open the new dragon center , the settings mode (like : turbo mode , gaming mode ) does not appear anymore.

if someone can help me because im afraid to broke my ssd cause i use it for MAO.
