dragon center not opening

when i am clicking on the dragon center its not opening other apps are opening but its not opening i tried every method i could still its not opening 1. install / deleting the d.c 2. reset the d.c etc

Which model do you have, make sure your model supports dragon center.
Use the clean center tool to clean install it.

my laptop supports but any like msi center and whcih u provided likn when i am going open its loads and than it doesnt open what i need to do can u suggest me
